If Chewbacca Was an Ewok, He'd Live on Endor

What is OJ thinking? Everyone is talking about it. It's the kind of story the both repulses and attracts. You don't want to look. You shouldn't look. But you have to. Will O.J. reveal something that he wasn't revealed before? Is O.J. such a liar that he will deliberately manufacture things that COULD not have happened so when called on it, he can just say,"hey I wasn't there, so how should I know."

What's his real motive? Is it money? Or its something internal? My Dad says:

Maybe in some weird psychological dynamic he needs to admit it in this roundabout way to relieve the burden of guilt which must be growing more burdesome with each passing day.

But are we to blame? The original O.J. Simpson trial revealed a lot of things about our society. How we revered celebrity. How the rich get special treatment. How race plays a part of everything we do. In many ways that trial was more than a man on trial for killing two human beings. We were on trial.

We are on trial again. How do we respond?
